BASEMENT WATER PROOFING
The most common problem in older homes is moisture from foundation.
This problem could be cased by misplaced down spouts or clogged gutters but most importantly older homes were not required to provide drainage at footers like new construction today.
INSTALLATIONS OF ALL KINDS
Service Second to None when installing basement water mediation.
This is what a common installation would look like after all the work is completed. A perforated pipe is placed on the interior bottom portion of footer where water is permeating through foundation. In addition, Cinder block is porous so holes are drilled through every void allowing water to follow a corrugated plastic that will lead to perforated pipe. This pipe terminates at a pit with pump which is usually pumped to outside air.
